My husband turned 40 yesterday, and we celebrated with an outdoor party and this delicious Texas Sheet Cake from the Pioneer Woman. Mmmmmm...look at all of that chocolate gooey goodness!
If any of you has ever tried to serve cake and icecream in 85 degree weather, you know the melted mess that results. Rather than do that, I scooped the icecream into muffin tin liners and put them back in the freezer until it was time for the party. Worked perfectly! (I stored them in Rubbermaid's 9x13 plastic containers)
